Compared with July's 248 sales, activity declined 18.1%, while the average sale price was 6.2% lower. Attached/row townhouses and condo apartments followed with 37 and 35 sales respectively. Attached/row townhouses averaged $1,052,614, while condo apartments averaged $705,448. Semi-detached homes recorded nine sales at an average of $960,389, and condo townhouses recorded 17 sales at $602,353. These five categories account for 201 of the 203 sales; the remaining two transactions fall in other categories.
